And another rainy day start. Yes I know, I'm on the east coast so I should expect this. And I do but every day? 

So todays is riding to the most western and northern parts of the island. I do get brief glimpses of blue skies and sunshine but they do not last long.

As I'm riding out to the western point I notice a lot of the back roads have "No Exit" signs on them. These I found out are the roads I want to ride on.

The roads do exit but they are in rough shape usually muddy with deep tracks and the plants and trees taking over in spots. I found out later that the signs are to keep the tourists off the roads as they have had more than enough RV drivers going down these back roads and getting stuck. But they are great on the Ural.

So on to the most northern point of the island where it was very windy and cold. I then went in to the Wind & Reef Restuarant for some seafood chowder, beer and a coffee. 

Back on the bike in to Summerside to buy some beer and then back to the K.O.A.
